HOUSE RULES AND DISCLOSURES

House Rules

Max occupancy is limited to 8 guests.

Registered guests only; No parties or gatherings in excess of the maximum occupancy. All guests must be declared and included in the booking.

Do not feed or attract the wildlife.

All trash must be put in the trash cans provided. Do not leave food out.

The town has the following noise ordinance:

Outdoor music / noise is limited as follows:
1. 60 decibels from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
2. 50 decibels from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
3. No outside music after 9:00 PM
Ordinance Strictly Enforced by Town

No Smoking of Vaping (of any kind and of any substance) indoors is strictly prohibited. Smoking indoors will result in an additional fee of $250.00. This fee covers additional cleaning and does not include any damage to the home as a result of smoking. Should you smoke outdoors, please collect your cigarette butts. Failure to do so could result in additional cleaning fee of $100.00.

Check Out and Check In Times

Check in time: 3:00 p.m.
Check out time: 11:00 a.m.

Early Check-in / Late Check may be available, please inquire.

Rules Regarding Pets

All pets or service animals must be disclosed at booking.

Pets are subject to an additional fee.

All guests are expected to clean up after their pet or service animal. Please dispose of animal waste.

Security Cameras and Safety Equipment

There are three (3) security cameras on the property that are capable of recording audio and video. These camera are located on the exterior of the home with views of the following locations:

  1. The front entrance and parking area of the home.
  2. The side of the home with utility connections.
  3. The rear deck.

In addition to security cameras there are traditional smoke and carbon monoxide detectors as required. There is also a minut device located in the living room which acts as a decimeter and cigarette smoke detector.

Wildlife

If you book with us (and we hope you do) you are booking a home in the country. As such, you should expect to have encounters with all sorts of wildlife. Please do not feed or attempt to attract any wildlife that you may encounter. Do not leave food out either as it will attract animals you may not want to interact with 🦌 🐻

The home is meticulously maintained and treated to ensure that pests are not part of our listing. Please be mindful and close doors as you leave the home and use the deck. Please remember however you are surrounded by nature and wildlife: Interactions with spiders, ants, bees, mosquitos, and other flies and critters will likely be unavoidable.

Winter Travel

The home is on a town maintained road that is regularly plowed for snow by the town. Snow plowing of the driveway is triggered when snow accumulation is forecasted to be greater than 3 inches. Due to the nature of a the gravel driveway, despite our best efforts snow and ice may persist. Please exercise caution. The home is located in the mountains and you should have confidence in you and your vehicles ability to travel in winter conditions.
